The Bad Point
The drawbacks of the Eating for Energy book guide are that I wish he included more pictures of the recipes (what can I say, I’m a picture girl) and also, knowing what I know about nutrition and calorie/portion control, some of the recipes he has posted, if made according to his directions, would be astronomical in calorie/portion size. I realize that his background is primarily with athletes, who burn large amounts of calories, and he does make sure to mention to listen to your body and adjust portion sizes as needed, so just take notice of this.
